Scans are done using the Qest4 system. It provides a completely non-invasive method for gaining valuable information about your body’s vital functions. The primary objective of the screening is to disclose patterns of stress and provide feedback that will assist in developing a program to restore each system and meridian to balance.

I understand the Qest4 system does not provide medical diagnosis and that my testing technician may recommend additional bio-energy scans, medical intervention or a Broad Spectrum DeTOX program. If I suspect medical services or intervention is needed, I understand I should consult my physician.

I give my permission for the testing technician to evaluate me, my child or my ward using the Qest4. I understand in doing so my testing technician is NOT becoming my primary care physician. I understand that the testing technician will give me information about the scan results and make recommendations based on the Qest4 screening. I understand that the testing technician will not pass judgements on prescribed medications and it is the responsibility of my primary care physician to make any adjustments on prescribed medications. Any decision to follow through with the recommended program is my own decision and I hold the testing technician and Wellsong Energetics, LLC harmless.

I understand that I am obtaining these services to learn about natural health, bio-resonance and better lifestyle practices and I may be offered information about vibrational medicine, the Clearest Benefits Program or the Broad Spectrum DeTOX program as an aid to detoxing and general health, if the reports suggest a need for detoxification or supplements.

I understand that I should continue to see any medical doctors I am currently under the care of, and that any prescribed medications should not be altered without first consulting the physician who recommended it.

I understand that the staff at Wellsong Energetics are not medical doctors, medical practitioners, licensed nutritionists, or licensed naturopaths. We are not interacting for any medical diagnostic purposes or treatment procedures.

I understand that the traditional uses of supplements that may create a healthy balance in the body and protocols relating to detoxification may be discussed. I also understand that both physical and vibrational supplements may be discussed. I will not interpret this as a substitute for a licensed physician’s recommendations or treatment.

I understand nothing said, done, typed, printed, or reproduced by Wellsong Energetics, LLC is intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or take the place of a licensed physician. The intent is to provide educational information for the purpose of assisting me with lifestyle changes and other actions necessary to regain and maintain youthful wellness and a healthy body.

I understand that all information and conversations will be kept confidential, and that information concerning myself can be released to another health professional only with my written consent.

The Balancing Items refer to energetic frequencies needed to restore balance to the body. Balancing Items are defined differently from medical terms and are not a cure for any disease.
